Relating To Fees For Birth Certificates.

Abstract

Extends by three years the requirement that the department of health furnish, free of charge, certified copies of birth certificates for any individual who is homeless, provided the individual's homeless status is corroborated by a verification letter issued by a homeless service provider. Repeals June 30, 2024.
